The Eight Stages Of This Route
Each stage has an owner and an output, so you know what is meant to exist before the next one starts.
- Requirement capture
Voltage window, capacity, envelope, duty cycle, climate and destination market. Nothing is drawn before these are fixed.
- Cell selection
Prismatic or cylindrical LiFePO4 is chosen against cycle life, current and thermal behaviour rather than price alone.
- Pack and BMS design
String and parallel configuration, box layout, BMS parameters and communication protocol are specified together.
- Sample build
A first pack is built and cycled so the numbers on the datasheet are numbers we measured.
- Validation
Capacity, insulation, ingress protection and vibration behaviour are checked against the target standard.
- Tooling and branding
Case, label and packaging carry your brand. Private label is standard, not an extra service.
- Series production
First order within 60 days, from the second order 30 days.
- Documentation and shipping
MSDS and UN38.3 released with the shipment, further market certificates applied for according to each market policy requirement.

How long does this route take?
Production is 60 days on a first order and 30 days from the second. Study, configuration and documentation run alongside rather than after.
Who owns the interfaces?
We produce the cell, build the pack or container and prepare the documentation, so the interfaces stay inside one company.
What commercial terms apply?
Minimum order normally starts from one 40 HC container. Payment is TT or LC at sight depending on the market.
Is sole agency available on this route?
Yes, depending on your project plan. We provide sole agency based on your market plan and operation.
What warranty covers the delivered system?
Two years warranty on lithium battery products, and 5 years or 12,000 km on the EV traction range.
