The Questions Buyers Ask First
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. We run our own moulding workshop, hardware workshop and producing workshop. We are in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, which is the decorative lighting cluster of southern China.
What is your minimum order?
Low MOQ. One piece is available for sample checking, and trial orders are welcome. A specific MOQ per model is quoted at the enquiry stage, because it depends on the finish and the tooling involved.
How long does an order take?
45 to 60 days for a new order, 30 to 45 days for a repeat order, and 7 to 10 days for a sample order. Sea freight and customs clearance are additional and depend on your destination.
Can you customise products?
OEM and ODM customisation is available to your own drawings, finishes and sizes. Our engineers develop two to three new items every month, so working from a drawing is routine here rather than exceptional.
What certifications do your products hold?
Products in the range hold CE, BS, RoHS, VDE, SASO, ETL, UL and SAA marks, and we operate our factories in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Marks are held per product rather than blanket, so ask for the certificate covering the exact model you are buying.
What is the warranty?
Six years. Inside the warranty period we offer three remedies depending on the situation: supplementary accessories, return and exchange, or refund.
How do you control quality?
