Every batch follows the same seven step route, with tensile testing and magnetic powder flaw detection carried out before packing.

Against black oxide, this coating gives a deeper colour and better protection at slightly higher cost. Against paint, it gives a thinner build that does not change fit in a tight housing.
The finishing route is recorded against the approved sample. Retain a sample at your end as well, which makes any discussion factual.
