Do you work directly with transport hubs and exhibitions or only through agents
Directly. Most enquiries come from the designer, the contractor or the operator, and the drawing conversation happens with our own design team rather than through a trading company.
Can you quote before the design is finalised
An indicative price can be given from a position, a height and a reference image. A firm price needs the design settled, because the material, the structure and the finish are what drive the cost.
What happens if the site access turns out to be tighter than expected
Tell us the real constraint as early as you can. Where access is restricted the piece is split at joints chosen during design, trial assembled in the workshop, then marked so it reassembles in order on site.
Who is responsible for the foundation
We issue the base plate and anchor pattern as a drawing. The foundation itself is normally cast by your own contractor to that drawing, which lets it cure while the piece is still being fabricated.
