No. They are hand laminated fiberglass shells over a master form, which is what keeps the weight down at this size.
Can they stay outdoors permanently
They can, with a UV stable topcoat specified at the quoting stage. Ask for it explicitly if the piece is going into full sun, because it changes the coating specification.
