Shenzhen Xinhengda Sculpture Art Co., Ltd. makes sculpture to order. Our clients come from across the creative world: artists, interior designers, architects and property developers, hotels, public art planners and landmark project leaders. Whatever the scale, the process is the same one.
What the Workshop Actually Is
The workshop covers 12,000 square metres in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. 5 designers and 87 sculptors work there. That matters for one practical reason: cutting, forming, welding, seam dressing, polishing and finishing all happen under one roof, so a piece is not passed between subcontractors while the schedule slips and nobody owns the surface quality.
Materials We Work In
Stainless steel, bronze, weathering steel, iron, fiberglass and resin. Most of what leaves the workshop is 304 or 316 stainless steel, Corten weathering steel, or moulded fiberglass. Solid wood carving and brass work are handled on request. The material is chosen for the position the piece is going into, not the other way round.
How a Commission Runs
You send the position, the height you have in mind, and whatever you already have, which can be a sketch, a render, a reference photograph or a full dimensioned drawing. We come back with a proposal, a quotation and a lead time. Once the design is signed off, the base plate and anchor pattern are issued so the foundation can be poured while fabrication runs. The finished piece is photographed standing in the workshop for approval before it is crated.
Why One Piece Is a Real Order
A single courtyard, one hotel lobby or one villa garden is a normal order here. There is no container minimum. That is unusual in a Chinese factory and it is deliberate: most sculpture projects are one piece, and a supplier that cannot quote one piece is no use to a designer.
