The internal pipework and the pump chamber are built into the piece. The pump itself, the water supply and the drainage connection are normally specified with your landscape contractor so they match local supply and the maintenance regime.
What maintenance does a stainless fountain need
Fresh water rinsing on a regular cycle, a neutral detergent wash, and a check that the drainage points are clear twice a year. In treated water, specifying 316 at the start is what avoids problems later.
