Jacquard Webbing Tape No 6 is woven, dyed and packed in one mill, which is why the specification does not drift between steps. We weave it between 0.65 mm and 2.5 mm thick, with the width taken from whatever you send us. You approve the colour on woven material rather than on a screen, and the reserved dye lot keeps it that way. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days; the production window is 7 to 15 days from approval.

How It Compares
Printing is cheaper and faster for text and flat shapes, and for many jobs it is the sensible answer. Jacquard costs more up front because of the plate but the mark is structural, so it survives washing and abrasion.
A label has to be attached, which adds an operation and an edge that can catch or fray. Jacquard puts the same information into the strap you were already using.
Embroidery adds thickness and stitch holes. Jacquard keeps the tape at one thickness across its width, which matters where the strap passes through a buckle.

Is jacquard cheaper than printing my logo on the webbing
Usually not on a first order. After a ribbon is woven you can screen various words or patterns onto it, and that is generally cheaper than weaving the same detail directly. Jacquard earns its cost where the mark has to survive washing and wear.
How fine can the woven detail be
It depends on the tape width and the yarn count. Fine serif text on a narrow tape will thicken as it weaves. Send the artwork and the intended width together and we will tell you before you pay for a plate.
Can you supply a test report
SGS testing is arranged on request before shipment. Tell us at quotation stage which properties need to be reported.
Will a repeat order match this one
