How It Compares
Printing is cheaper and faster for text and flat shapes, and for many jobs it is the sensible answer. Jacquard costs more up front because of the plate but the mark is structural, so it survives washing and abrasion.
A label has to be attached, which adds an operation and an edge that can catch or fray. Jacquard puts the same information into the strap you were already using.
Embroidery adds thickness and stitch holes. Jacquard keeps the tape at one thickness across its width, which matters where the strap passes through a buckle.

How fine can the woven detail be
It depends on the tape width and the yarn count. Fine serif text on a narrow tape will thicken as it weaves. Send the artwork and the intended width together and we will tell you before you pay for a plate.
Will my second order look the same as the first
Yes, provided you quote the same plate reference and we reserve the dye lot for the ground. We keep the plate on file for exactly this reason.
Can our logo be added to this tape
Either woven in with a computer jacquard plate, which survives washing and abrasion, or screen printed after weaving, which costs less to set up on short runs.
How is this item packed for export
50 yards per roll and 30 rolls per carton as standard, with some items on 500 yard rolls. We pack to your own list when you have one.
