Woven Cord and String No 2 comes off the same narrow fabric looms that have been running here since 1996. The usable thickness range is 0.65 mm to 2.5 mm and custom thicknesses are quoted case by case. Colour is matched to a Pantone number or to a swatch you post to us, and one dye lot is reserved for the whole order. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days; the production window is 7 to 15 days from approval.

How It Compares
Cord passes through eyelets and channels that flat tape cannot, and it knots cleanly. Tape spreads load across a width, which cord does not.
Elastic cord is for anything that needs to give. Fixed cord holds a set length, which is what a drawstring or a hang tag actually wants.
Braided and woven cord holds its round section and resists untwisting. Twisted string is cheaper but opens up at the cut end.
