Commercial Rooftop Solar
Factory, warehouse and retail roofs in the 100 kW to 1 MW range, where roof area is the asset and install days are the cost.

What Goes Wrong on These Projects
Factory, warehouse and retail roofs in the 100 kW to 1 MW range, where roof area is the asset and install days are the cost.
Discuss Your Project by EmailRoof area caps the system size
Once the roof is full, the only way to more kW is more watts per square metre.
The building cannot stop trading
Install has to happen around an operating warehouse or shop, so the schedule is tight and fixed.
Roof load allowance is documented and limited
Commercial roofs have a stated load budget, and the array plus racking has to fit inside it.
Hundreds of connections to commission
Every extra module is another two connectors and another chance of a stringing fault at handover.
What This Sector Actually Needs
- The highest practical watts per square metre
- Fewer, larger modules to cut connection count and install time
- Racking light enough to respect the roof load budget
- Published packing data so the project can be costed before order

Which module gives the most kW from a fixed roof
The TTM 585-605 W. It puts the highest power in the range into a 2.83 m2 aperture.
Can you supply modules and racking as one order
Yes. Both are produced by TITAN X POWER and can ship together on one bill of lading.
How do I estimate freight before I commit
Use the published packing configuration - 558 pcs per 40HQ for the 585-605 W module, 620 pcs for the 530-550 W - and your carton count.
What load does the racking add
Aluminium alloy racking is specified to reduce roof pressure compared with steel. The exact figure depends on layout, so send the roof plan and we will confirm what we can document.
