Design, sampling, material selection, production, quality control, packing, logistics and support - each one with a decision you should be part of.
Requirement analysis
Roof dimensions, pitch, structure type, obstruction positions, target system size and the local grid rules.
Module selection
530-550 W where the roof plane is broken up, 585-605 W where area is the binding constraint.
Racking layout
Rail runs, clamp positions and roof interface configured for tile, metal or flat deck.
Sampling and confirmation
Module bin, cable option and clamp type confirmed in writing before production starts.
Module production
Cell sorting, stringing, lamination, framing, junction box bonding on the automated line.
Quality control
Flash test and power binning, visual inspection of glass, frame and junction box seal.
Packing
31 pieces per carton; racking bundled by array section so the crew unpacks in build order.
Shipping and after-sales
Container plan at 558 or 620 pcs per 40HQ, then installation drawings and email support through commissioning.

Do you install
No. We manufacture and supply modules and racking, and provide layout drawings for your installing crew.
How is the array laid out around obstructions
We work from the roof plan you send, fitting full rows into the clean areas first and then deciding whether part-rows are worth the labour.
