Specification sheet
Cable standard, cable length, diode count and carton marking agreed in writing.
Production scheduling
Batches slotted against the line schedule and your delivery dates.
Automated module production
Cell sorting, stringing, lay-up, lamination, framing and junction box bonding.
Flash test and binning
Every module flash-tested and sorted, so the bins in the carton match the bins on the packing list.
Packing and marking
31 pieces per carton, crated and marked for sea freight.
Container loading
558 or 620 pieces per 40HQ depending on module platform.
Documentation and after-sales
Packing list, container plan and the certificate pack held for that module, plus email support after arrival.

Order quantity is agreed per customer and is not published here. Tell us your target volume and destination port and we will confirm.
Can cartons be marked with our own references
Carton marking is part of the specification sheet agreed before production. Send your requirement with the enquiry.
Can we buy mixed platforms in one container
Yes. Both module platforms pack 31 pieces per carton, so a mixed load is planned by carton count.
Does TITAN X POWER manufacture inverters
No. Inverters are sourced from established brands and supplied alongside the modules when a project needs them.
