Solar Power Plants
Ground-mounted plants from a few hundred kilowatts to multiple megawatts, where cost per installed watt decides whether the project happens.

What Goes Wrong on These Projects
Ground-mounted plants from a few hundred kilowatts to multiple megawatts, where cost per installed watt decides whether the project happens.
Discuss Your Project by EmailEvery row costs steel and labour
On a ground-mount table, the number of modules per row drives the number of clamps, footings and man-hours.
Exposed sites are hard on modules
Open land means wind-driven debris, hail and full sun with no building to shelter the array.
Long supply lead times
A megawatt-scale plant needs thousands of modules delivered on a schedule the civil works can follow.
Terrain is rarely flat
Hillside and terraced sites need racking configured per row rather than a single repeated table.
What This Sector Actually Needs
- High-wattage modules to cut parts count per row
- Thicker front glass for exposed conditions
- Container-level packing data for shipment planning
- Racking that can be configured to the actual terrain

Ground-mount tables on flat land
Fixed-tilt rows on concrete footings, as on the 3 MW Vietnam project.
Hillside and terraced arrays
Rows stepped down a slope, with tilt set per terrace.
Industrial site plants
Plant-scale arrays on land beside a factory, as on the 300 kW China project.
Agricultural land arrays
Tables raised above farmland with access between rows.
How an Order Runs From Enquiry to Container
Site data
Plot layout, terrain, target capacity and grid point.
Array design input
Module model and row layout sized against the plot.
Racking configuration
Ground frames and tilt set per terrace or table.
Staged production
Module batches produced and binned against the construction schedule.
Staged shipment
Containers planned at 558 pcs per 40HQ so deliveries follow the civil works.

Which module suits a ground-mount plant
The TTM 585-605 W. Fewer, higher-power modules per row means fewer clamps, footings and connections for the same capacity.
Why does front glass thickness matter on open land
Ground-mount arrays have no building to shelter them. The 585-605 W module uses 3.2 mm AR-coated semi-tempered front glass rather than 2.0 mm.
Can deliveries be staged across a construction programme
Yes. Tell us the civil works schedule and we will plan container releases against it rather than shipping everything at once.
What capacity has TITAN X POWER supplied before
Projects in the published portfolio range from a 10 kW house in Lithuania up to a 3 MW ground-mount plant in Vietnam.
