TTM Solar Panel 585-605W
A 210 mm monocrystalline half-cell module in a 120 (6x20) layout, 2172 x 1303 x 35 mm, 31.6 kg, with 3.2 mm AR-coated front glass and an IP68 junction box.

Product Overview
The TTM 585-605 W is the high-output module in the TITAN X POWER range. It carries 120 half-cells cut from 210 mm monocrystalline wafers behind a 3.2 mm anti-reflective semi-tempered front glass, with a 2.0 mm glazed semi-tempered rear glass and an anodised aluminium alloy frame. The glass-glass build and the thicker front sheet are the reason this module is specified for exposed sites - open ground-mount tables and flat industrial roofs where hail, wind-driven debris and long unshaded runs are the normal operating condition rather than the exception.
The commercial case for it is area. At 2.83 m2 per module it puts more power behind a single junction box than the 530-550 W platform does, so a row reaches its design kW with fewer modules, fewer clamps, fewer MC4 pairs and fewer stringing errors. On a 300 kW roof that difference shows up directly in install days.

What This Product Fixes on Site
Roof area runs out before the kW target does
The 585-605 W class packs the highest power in this range into a 2.83 m2 aperture, so a fixed roof reaches a higher system size.
Too many electrical connections on large arrays
Fewer, larger modules mean fewer connectors and fewer stringing mistakes to chase during commissioning.
Exposed ground-mount sites damage thin front glass
The 3.2 mm AR-coated semi-tempered front glass is thicker than the 2.0 mm sheet used on the smaller platform.
Container cost is unknown at quoting stage
The packing configuration - 31 pcs per carton, 558 pcs per 40HQ - is published, so landed cost can be modelled before you order.
Why Buyers Specify This Product
Highest output per module in the range
210 mm cells in a 120 half-cell arrangement, rated in the 585-605 W class.
Built for open sites
3.2 mm AR-coated semi-tempered front glass over a 2.0 mm glazed rear glass.
IP68 junction box
Sealed against dust and immersion, with 3 or 6 bypass diodes depending on configuration.
Lighter than it looks
31.6 kg (63.45 lbs) despite the larger cell format, because the module is 2172 mm rather than 2279 mm long.
Flexible cabling
300 mm portrait, 1200 mm landscape, or a customised length specified at order.
Anodised aluminium frame
Corrosion-resistant frame with the stiffness needed for long ground-mount spans.
Where It Is Installed
Flat industrial roofs
Ballasted or mechanically fixed rows on warehouse and factory roofs where area is the binding constraint.
Ground-mount solar plants
Fixed-tilt tables on leased land, where fewer modules per row cuts steel and labour.
Commercial carports
Long spans over parking bays, where the larger module reduces the number of purlin fixings.
Agricultural and hillside sites
Terraced rows on sloping ground, as in the hillside plant layout the range was photographed on.

What It Is Made Of
Monocrystalline silicon cells cut from 210 mm wafers; 3.2 mm anti-reflective semi-tempered front glass; 2.0 mm glazed semi-tempered rear glass; encapsulant and backing per the glass-glass build; anodised aluminium alloy frame; IP68 polymer junction box with bypass diodes; TUV 4 mm2 or UL 12 AWG PV cable with standard connectors.
CertificationsCertification Status
TBC. TITAN X POWER has not published a certificate list for this module, so we do not claim one here. Request the current IEC, TUV or UL document pack by email and we will send only the certificates held for the exact module and power bin you are quoting.
What Can Be Changed
- Cable length - portrait, landscape or a specified custom length
- Cable standard - TUV 4 mm2 or UL 12 AWG
- Bypass diode count - 3 or 6
- Power bin selection within the 585-605 W class
- Packing and container plan for the destination port
From Cell to Crate
Cell sorting
210 mm monocrystalline cells are cut to half-cell format and sorted before stringing.
Stringing and lay-up
Strings are laid up between encapsulant and the front and rear glass on the automated line.
Lamination
The stack is laminated, then trimmed at the lamination workstation.
Framing and junction box
The anodised aluminium frame is fitted and the IP68 junction box is bonded and sealed.
Test and sort
Modules are flash-tested and sorted into power bins before packing.
Packing
31 pieces per carton, palletised and crated for 40HQ container loading.

What Is Checked Before Packing
- Automated handling on the module line limits manual contact with laminates
- Flash test and power binning before packing
- Visual inspection of glass, frame and junction box seal
- Crates are marked and sealed for sea freight as shown in the export yard

Getting It Right on Site
Check the rail span first
At 1303 mm wide the module sits differently on rails than the 1134 mm platform. Confirm clamp zones against the mounting layout before ordering rail.
Plan two-person handling
31.6 kg is a two-person lift. On roofs, stage the pallets close to the row you are building rather than at one corner.
Match the cable option to the layout
Order 300 mm cables for portrait rows and 1200 mm for landscape. Mixing them on one site creates avoidable slack and strain.
Keep the junction box clear
The IP68 box is sealed but it still needs airflow. Do not trap it against insulation or ballast.
Load the container by carton
Cartons hold 31 pieces; a 40HQ holds 558. Order in carton multiples so the last carton is not part-filled.

What is the actual rated power I will receive
The module is supplied in the 585-605 W class and sorted into power bins after flash test. Tell us the bin you need when you enquire and we will confirm availability for that batch.
Is the module bifacial
The build is glass-glass, with a 2.0 mm glazed semi-tempered rear glass. Bifacial gain figures are not published for this module, so we mark that TBC rather than quote a number.
How many modules fit in a 40HQ container
558 pieces, packed 31 pieces per carton.
Can I order a mixed container of 585-605 W and 530-550 W modules
Yes. Both modules pack 31 pieces per carton, so a mixed load can be planned by carton count. Send your split by email and we will confirm the container plan.
What warranty comes with the module
Warranty terms are confirmed in writing at order. We do not publish a figure here because the old site did not state one.
Do you supply matching racking
Yes. The aluminium alloy mounting structure is a separate line and is designed for framed modules like this one on both roof and ground.
