TTM Solar Panel 530-550W
A 182 mm monocrystalline half-cell module in a 144 (6x24) layout, 2279 x 1134 x 35 mm, 32.2 kg, with 2.0 mm AR-coated front glass and an IP68 junction box.

Product Overview
The TTM 530-550 W is the general-purpose module in the TITAN X POWER range and the one most residential and light commercial systems are built from. It uses 144 half-cells cut from 182 mm monocrystalline wafers - the same platform the homepage calls the TTM-144 Series - behind a 2.0 mm anti-reflective semi-tempered front glass, with a 2.0 mm glazed semi-tempered rear glass and an anodised aluminium alloy frame.
What makes it the default choice is the 1134 mm width. A pitched domestic roof is broken up by ridges, valleys, vents and setback rules, and a narrower module lets you land more full rows before you run out of clean rectangle. The thinner glass stack also keeps the module at 32.2 kg, which matters when the crew is carrying panels up a ladder rather than across a flat deck.

What This Product Fixes on Site
Wide modules waste pitched-roof area
At 1134 mm the module fits more layouts between obstructions, so fewer part-rows are abandoned.
Shading from chimneys and dormers
The 144 (6x24) half-cell layout with 3 or 6 bypass diodes contains the loss instead of dragging a whole string down.
Freight cost per watt on small projects
620 pieces per 40HQ is the highest module count in this range, which spreads container cost across more watts.
Heavy panels slow rooftop work
32.2 kg keeps the module inside normal two-person handling for ladder and scaffold work.
Why Buyers Specify This Product
Narrow 1134 mm footprint
Lays out cleanly on pitched roofs where the larger 1303 mm module would strand rows.
620 pcs per 40HQ
The best container density in the range, published so you can model landed cost.
144 half-cell layout
182 mm monocrystalline cells in a 6 x 24 arrangement with 3 or 6 bypass diodes.
Light glass stack
2.0 mm AR-coated front glass and 2.0 mm glazed rear glass.
IP68 junction box
Same sealed junction box specification as the rest of the TTM range.
Cable to suit the layout
300 mm portrait, 1200 mm landscape, or customised at order.
Where It Is Installed
Pitched residential roofs
Tiled and metal roofs on houses, as installed on the Lithuanian and Norwegian projects in this range.
Small commercial rooftops
Shops, workshops and offices where the array is 10-100 kW.
Rooftop retrofits
Existing buildings where the roof layout was never designed around PV.
Off-grid and hybrid systems
Residential systems paired with inverters and storage.

From Cell to Crate
Cell cutting and sorting
182 mm monocrystalline cells are cut to half-cell format and sorted.
Stringing and lay-up
144 half-cells are strung and laid up in a 6 x 24 arrangement on the automated line.
Lamination
The stack is laminated and trimmed at the lamination workstation.
Framing and junction box
Anodised aluminium frame fitted, IP68 junction box bonded and sealed.
Test and sort
Flash test, then sorting into power bins.
Packing
31 pieces per carton, 620 pieces per 40HQ.

What Is Checked Before Packing
- Automated module line reduces manual handling of bare laminates
- Flash test and power binning before packing
- Frame, glass and junction box seal inspected before crating
- Export crates sealed and marked before container loading

Getting It Right on Site
Lay out around obstructions first
Mark chimneys, vents and setbacks, then fit full 1134 mm rows into what is left. Do not start from the ridge.
Pick the cable length before you order
300 mm for portrait rows, 1200 mm for landscape. Getting this right removes most of the cable management work on the roof.
Respect the 32.2 kg lift
Two people per module on ladders and scaffolds. Stage pallets near the working row.
Keep bypass diodes in mind when stringing
With 3 or 6 diodes per module, group shaded areas into the same string rather than spreading them across all strings.
Order in carton multiples
31 pieces per carton, 620 per 40HQ. Round your order to whole cartons.

What power will I actually get
The module ships in the 530-550 W class and is sorted into bins after flash test. Specify the bin you need and we will confirm what that batch can supply.
Why is this heavier than the larger 585-605 W module
Because it is longer - 2279 mm against 2172 mm - so it covers a slightly different area even with thinner glass.
How many fit in a 40HQ
620 pieces, 31 per carton.
Is this the TTM-144 series
Yes. The 144 (6x24) half-cell layout on 182 mm monocrystalline cells is the TTM-144 platform.
Can I order UL-spec cable instead of TUV
Yes. The module is offered with TUV 4 mm2 or UL 12 AWG cable. State which at order.
Do you sell the inverter too
TITAN X POWER supplies branded third-party inverters alongside the modules rather than manufacturing them. Tell us the system size and we will quote what we can source.
