What Problem We Solve

The Six Things That Cost You Money on a Solar Project

None of these are about panel wattage. They are about area, weight, labour and freight.

01

Your roof runs out before your kW target does

The 585-605 W module puts 2.83 m2 of aperture and the highest power in the range behind one junction box, so a fixed area reaches a bigger system size.

02

Wide modules strand rows on a pitched roof

The 530-550 W module is 1134 mm wide, narrow enough to land full rows between dormers, vents and setbacks.

03

The roof cannot carry a heavy rack

Aluminium alloy racking is specified as light and tough, so it decreases the pressure the array adds to the roof.

04

Install takes longer than the quote allowed

Racking arrives highly pre-assembled and bundled by array section, so there is less to build and sort at height.

05

Landed cost is unknown until it is too late

Packing configuration is published - 31 pcs per carton, 558 or 620 pcs per 40HQ - so freight can be modelled before you order.

06

Suppliers quote numbers they cannot document

Where the specification was never published, we mark it TBC and confirm it in writing per order rather than guessing.

Why Choose Us

What TITAN X POWER Brings to the Table

Automated PV module production line in the Hefei factory

An Automated Module Line in Hefei

TITAN, headquartered in Hefei, has grown into a manufacturer of solar energy and grain equipment. TITAN X POWER is its wholly-owned solar subsidiary, and the group is engaged in the integration of the entire photovoltaic industry chain from upstream to downstream - R&D, high-end equipment manufacturing, PV module production and the construction of photovoltaic power plants.

What that means for a buyer is that the modules, the binning and the packing all happen under one roof, so the bins on the packing list are the bins in the crate.

  • Monocrystalline half-cell modules on both 182 mm and 210 mm cell platforms
  • Flash test and power binning on every module before packing
  • Published packing configuration so freight can be costed before order
  • Aluminium alloy racking produced as part of the same supply

Inside the Factory

From Cell Sorting to a Sealed Export Crate

Every module goes through the same six steps before it reaches a container.

Step 01

Cell sorting

210 mm monocrystalline cells are cut to half-cell format and sorted before stringing.

Step 02

Stringing and lay-up

Strings are laid up between encapsulant and the front and rear glass on the automated line.

Step 03

Lamination

The stack is laminated, then trimmed at the lamination workstation.

Step 04

Framing and junction box

The anodised aluminium frame is fitted and the IP68 junction box is bonded and sealed.

Step 05

Test and sort

Modules are flash-tested and sorted into power bins before packing.

Step 06

Packing

31 pieces per carton, palletised and crated for 40HQ container loading.

What We Can Document and What We Cannot

An honest supplier tells you where the paperwork stops. Here is ours.

Documented

  • Full mechanical specification for both module platforms - cell format, dimensions, glass, frame, junction box, cabling
  • Packing configuration: 31 pcs per carton, 558 or 620 pcs per 40HQ
  • Flash test and power binning on every module
  • Project portfolio across Thailand, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Australia, China, Lithuania and Norway

Marked TBC

  • Certificate list, warranty terms, temperature coefficients and per-bin efficiency
  • Wind, snow and tilt ratings for the mounting structure, which are set per site

We would rather send you a short confirmed list than a long unverifiable one. Email us for the current document pack for the exact module you are quoting.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Us First

What does TITAN X POWER actually manufacture

Monocrystalline PV modules in two platforms - the TTM 530-550 W on 182 mm cells and the TTM 585-605 W on 210 mm cells - plus an aluminium alloy mounting structure for roof and ground installs. Inverters are sourced from established brands rather than manufactured by us.

Where are you based

Hefei, Anhui, China. TITAN X POWER is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TITAN, which manufactures solar energy and grain equipment, and is engaged in the integration of the photovoltaic chain from R&D and equipment manufacturing through module production to the construction of PV power plants.

Which module should I choose

Pitched residential roofs take the 530-550 W module, because at 1134 mm wide it lays out around obstructions. Flat commercial roofs and ground-mount plants take the 585-605 W module, because fewer larger modules cut clamps, connectors and labour per row.

How many modules fit in a container

A 40HQ holds 558 pieces of the 585-605 W module or 620 pieces of the 530-550 W module. Both pack 31 pieces per carton.

Do you supply the racking as well as the modules

Yes. The aluminium alloy mounting structure is our own product line and ships on the same bill of lading as the modules.

What certifications do the modules hold

The original documentation did not publish a certificate list, so we do not claim one. Ask us by email and we will send only the certificates held for the exact module and power bin you are quoting.

How do I get a quote

Email [email protected] with the module model or roof details, quantity and destination port. There is no form to fill in on this site - a direct email reaches the person who answers it.

Tell Us About the Roof or the Plot

Send the roof plan or plot layout, the capacity you are targeting and the destination port. You will get a module recommendation and a container plan, not a brochure.
