Yes. OEM service is offered across the range. On the rigid card series the covering paper, the insert material and the insert colour are all specified per order, and size is made to your requirement. On the wooden WB series the millimetre sizes are published per series, so those are chosen rather than made.

Not published. MOQ, sampling time and production lead time are quoted per project rather than listed, so ask for them in writing with your enquiry and you will get them alongside the price.

Yes — the insert is part of the box on almost every product here. Card boxes use a cut foam block covered in velour or satin; wooden boxes use velour, velvet or PU leather; watch boxes use a fitted cushion or pillow. Tell us the piece that goes in and the insert is cut to it.

The wooden series. WB-100, WB-200, WB-300, WB-400, WB-500, WB-600 and WB-700 each publish a full millimetre size table, and the wooden earring box is published at 60 x 60 x 38 mm. Those tables are reproduced on the product pages exactly as the factory published them.

Send us the artwork and the box you want it on and we will quote it. As a rule the plain, undecorated boxes in each family are the right base for a foil stamp or blind emboss, because a mark on an already-printed field competes with the print.

Most of the rigid card ranges, the plastic jewellery boxes and several of the wooden boxes are made to your requirement — the size, the covering paper and the insert are all set on the order.

Usually, and it is far quicker if you send the physical box rather than a description. Matching is a question of construction, board thickness, covering material and insert fitment, and three of those four are hard to judge from a photograph.

Card if the box ships with the product and is opened a few times, and especially if you are foiling a logo onto it. Wood if the box is the gift and you are paying for perceived value. Plastic if the box lives on a counter and gets opened all day, because a moulded shell does not crease where card does.

No, deliberately. Every call to action on the site opens an email with the subject line and the relevant fields already filled in, which goes straight to the sales department instead of into a form database that somebody then has to re-key.
