A lot of supplier websites fill the gaps with numbers nobody can check — square metres, staff counts, export percentages, certificates nobody has seen. Teng Fei’s previous site published none of those, so this one publishes none of them either.
What it does publish is everything the factory did put on record: 53 products with their own photographs, the material lines for the ranges that had them, the millimetre size tables for the wooden series, two addresses, two phone numbers and two email addresses. Where something a buyer would reasonably expect is missing, it is listed openly on the open items section of the contact page rather than quietly invented.

What does Teng Fei Packaging actually make?
Gift and presentation packaging in five families: jewellery boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes, shopping bags, and chocolate and cake boxes. Across those families the work is in rigid card and paper, lacquered wood, and moulded plastic. Fifty-three products are catalogued on this site and each one is a product the factory has published and photographed.
Can I have boxes made to my own size and colour?
Yes. OEM service is offered across the range. On the rigid card series the covering paper, the insert material and the insert colour are all specified per order, and size is made to your requirement. On the wooden WB series the millimetre sizes are published per series, so those are chosen rather than made.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Not published. MOQ, sampling time and production lead time are quoted per project rather than listed, so ask for them in writing with your enquiry and you will get them alongside the price.
Do you supply the inserts as well as the boxes?
Yes — the insert is part of the box on almost every product here. Card boxes use a cut foam block covered in velour or satin; wooden boxes use velour, velvet or PU leather; watch boxes use a fitted cushion or pillow. Tell us the piece that goes in and the insert is cut to it.
