SJ6002 2-Row Rice Field Weeder With 6 Weeding Rakes

The SJ6002 is a walk behind two row rice field weeder for paddy growers, cooperatives and dealers who want to cut herbicide use and hand weeding labour at the same time. A gasoline engine rated 1.46kW at 6500r/min drives six weeding rakes through an intermediate shaft at a cutter shaft speed of 186r/min, working two rows at 170mm each to a depth of 10 to 20mm. The rake teeth have an effective length of 56mm for paddy conditions with a water depth of 20 to 50mm, so the machine disturbs weeds and aerates the topsoil without tearing the rice roots. A centrifugal shaft clutch takes up drive as the engine rises, which keeps operation simple for seasonal labour. At 1350*540*890mm it is narrow enough to walk between planted rows.
