3TGQ-4B Single Rail Rotary Cultivator 7HP Pastoral Management Machine

The 3TGQ-4B is a single rail rotary cultivator, sold as a pastoral management machine, for growers working narrow row spacings in rice fields, vegetable plots and orchards. The single chain rail frame keeps the machine slim enough to pass between crop rows where a wheeled double shaft cultivator would crush the plants either side. A 170 gasoline engine delivering 7HP at 3600rpm drives through V-belt transmission with a tensioner wheel main clutch, and three swallow tail shovel weeding devices lift and break the weed layer rather than chopping it into the soil. Gear positions 1, 2, N and R give a working speed, a transport speed, a true neutral and reverse, so the operator can back a 78kg machine out of a row instead of lifting it.

A wheeled double shaft machine covers open ground faster but is too wide for planted rows. The single chain rail frame is built to pass between them.
