Where do these application lists come from

Every inspection task listed on the industry pages is taken from the published application notes for an individual SBS Vision product series. Nothing on these pages is a generic claim.

My part is not on the list, can you still help

Very likely. The published lists cover the tasks customers ask for most often, not the limit of what the components do. Send a photo of the part and the feature you need to detect.

Do you supply complete inspection systems

SBS Vision supplies the imaging components: lights, controllers, lenses and cameras, along with the design work that makes them fit the application. System integration is done by the machine builder or integrator.

Can you help me choose between two lighting geometries

Yes. That conversation is the normal starting point. Send the part, the defect and the working distance, and a recommendation comes back with the model.

Describe The Part And The Defect

Most projects start with one photo and one sentence. That is enough for an engineer to suggest a lighting geometry.
