Product Details From Our Catalogue

  • Wipe clean surface to protect documents
  • Different colors and thickness
  • Easy to operate, ideal for documents temporary collation
  • OEM is welcomed

Key Benefits

  • One factory covers slip folders, report files, clear folders, ring binders and clipboard files, so a whole shelf can be bought on a single order.
  • Polypropylene wipes clean and does not absorb ink or moisture the way a card wallet does.
  • Cover thickness and colour are set by you and repeated from the approved sample on every reorder.
  • Punched formats fit two, three, four and eleven ring binders so the range works together.

Who It Is For

  • Stationery importers and wholesalers building an own brand filing range.
  • Office supply retail chains and e-commerce sellers needing consistent repeat supply.
  • Contract stationers supplying corporate and government tenders.
  • Promotional and premium gift suppliers who need a printed carrier for a campaign.

Problems It Solves

  • Paper documents arrive creased or dog eared because they travel in an unprotected wallet.
  • A retail range looks inconsistent when folders come from several suppliers in slightly different colours.
  • Thin covers split at the spine after a few weeks of daily handling.
  • Buyers cannot fill a shelf plan because one supplier offers only a few pocket or ring formats.

Application Scenarios

  • Corporate filing and archiving
  • School and university coursework
  • Presentation and tender packs
  • Point of sale and shelf ready retail packs
  • Promotional packs for campaigns and exhibitions

Materials

  • Polypropylene sheet, the standard material across the filing range. Flexible, tear resistant, writes clean and takes a matt or glossy finish.
  • PVC sheet where a heavier, higher gloss cover or a welded pocket is required.
  • Paper board and grey board for lever arch files, box files and hard cover notebooks.
  • Metal fittings: rings, lever arch mechanisms, rivets, clips and eyelets.

Customisation Options

  • Size, from stock A4 and F/C formats to a size drawn to your specification.
  • Colour matching to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch you send us.
  • Surface finish, matt, glossy, frosted, embossed or printed film.
  • Printing, screen print, offset print or hot stamping of your logo.
  • Pocket count, gusset depth, ring size and fitting type.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Sheet selection and colour matching against the approved sample.
  2. Cutting and die cutting of covers, pockets and gussets.
  3. High frequency welding or heat sealing of pockets, gussets and seams.
  4. Punching, riveting and fitting of rings, clips, elastic or press studs.
  5. Screen printing, offset printing or hot stamping of logos and artwork.
  6. Assembly, cleaning, polybag and carton packing to the agreed export pack.

Quality Control

  1. Incoming check on sheet thickness, colour and print film before cutting.
  2. First article approval against the signed golden sample before mass production runs.
  3. In line checks on weld strength, rivet seating and mechanism action during production.
  4. Colour comparison against the approved swatch under a consistent light source.
  5. Sampling inspection to AQL standard on the finished lot.
  6. Carton drop and pack check before the container is loaded.

Use And Ordering Guide

Points to settle before the first order so the reorder repeats without a second sample round.

  1. Decide the format first, A4 or F/C, and whether the folder has to fit an existing binder.
  2. Pick a cover thickness. A thin cover suits a light promotional job, a heavier one suits daily office use.
  3. Choose the closure, elastic, press stud, clip or open top.
  4. Confirm the print method. Screen printing suits solid logos, offset print suits full colour artwork.
  5. Approve a physical sample before mass production and keep the signed sample for the reorder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sizes do you make?

A4 and F/C are the standard formats across the folder range, and several items are also made in A5 and letter size. Other sizes are cut to your specification.

Can folders be punched to fit our existing binders?

Yes. Punched formats are produced for two ring, three ring, four ring and eleven ring binders.

Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

Yes. We work as the production department for importers and brand owners. You can send us an existing sample, a drawing or a specification and we will quote against it. Own brand printing and retail packaging are part of the normal service.

How do samples work?

Samples already held in stock are free of charge. If a new mould has to be opened or new material sourced there is a charge for it. Stock samples usually take three to five days to prepare, and a new tool or new material extends that. You comment on the sample and we remake it until it is approved.
