Every Stage And What Can Go Wrong At It
Enquiry
You have a drawing in a standard your usual supplier does not carry, or no drawing at all.
Send the drawing, a sample, or photographs with the key dimensions on WhatsApp or by email. If you do not have a clear plan we can design to your requirements.
Pattern Review
A pattern that needs new tooling costs more and takes longer than one already in production.
We check your dimensions against the several hundred bushing and insulator types already tooled across DIN, BS, AS, ANSI, GB, GOST and IEC. Most enquiries land on something we already run.
Drawing Approval
Production starting from a misread dimension wastes a whole batch and a shipping cycle.
A dimensioned drawing is issued for your approval before production begins. Nothing is made until you confirm it.
Material Selection
Material clauses in GOST and DIN specifications are often ignored by suppliers who match only the dimensions.
Porcelain grade, fitting alloy, gasket material and bonding cement are all specified against the clause you quote, whether that is C110 alumina porcelain, AK12 aluminium alloy or NBR gaskets.
Production
A sample that passes and a production batch that does not is the classic supplier failure.
The same tooling and the same porcelain body formulation runs from sample through to production quantity, in a plant that has been making electrical porcelain since 1978.
Routine Testing
Test evidence is often requested at specification review after the order is already placed.
Outdoor bushings are manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC 60137. Mechanical proof loading is applied against the published cantilever, bending or failing load rating.
Packing
Porcelain that survives the factory and breaks in transit has cost you the whole lead time.
Standard export packing in cartons on wooden pallets, or packing built to your specification where the consignment is trans-shipped.
After Sales
A problem found on site is worth little if the supplier has moved on.
A one year quality guarantee period applies, with technical support on installation and equipment introduction training offered according to the client's requirement.
