Every Stage And What Can Go Wrong At It
Enquiry
Suppliers who take a week to reply have already cost you a week of the lead time.

Quotation
A price without a delivery date is not a quotation you can plan around.
The quotation comes back with the pattern confirmed, the quantity and a delivery date based on whether the tooling is already running.
Payment
Payment terms that do not match your own cash cycle hold up the order.
T/T and L/C are both accepted. The usual arrangement is a 30 percent deposit with the 70 percent balance against a copy of the B/L, or 100 percent irrevocable L/C at sight.
Production
Orders that sit in a queue without visibility are the ones that slip.
Production is scheduled against the confirmed date, in a plant with more than 500 employees and a stated capacity of 100000 units a year on individual lines.
Packing
Electrical porcelain that arrives chipped has lost its creepage path and cannot be installed.
Standard export packing in cartons on wooden pallets, or customised packing built to your specification. Transport cases are made to your dimensions where the route requires it.
Shipping
A factory well inland adds days to every consignment.
The plant sits at Hekou, Shangbu, Luxi, Pingxiang in Jiangxi, with infrastructure for transport by sea, land or air.
After Sales
Overall after-sales service is what separates a supplier from a vendor.
A one year quality guarantee period applies, with overall after-sales service and training on introducing equipment offered according to the client's demand.
