Pingxiang Risheng Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd. specialises in porcelain bushings for power transformers below 40kV and export-oriented DIN, BS, ANSI and AS standard transformer bushings.
What We Make And Where
The plant is located in Shangbu Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. It covers 80000 square metres, has more than 500 employees including over 50 senior and intermediate technical personnel, and total assets of more than 30 million yuan.
Risheng specialises in the production of porcelain bushings for power transformers below 40kV, and export-oriented DIN, BS, ANSI and AS standard transformer bushings. The main products are long rod type porcelain insulators below 72kV, high and low voltage line porcelain insulators of various types, fuse cutout porcelain insulators, disconnect switch porcelain insulators and related products. There are more than 300 kinds of products in the range, and they can be designed and produced according to customer drawings or samples.
Products are manufactured in accordance with IEC, DIN, BS, AS, ANSI and other international standards. Since its establishment in 1978 the company has developed into a leading national supplier of technical ceramics with a substantial export share.

How A Unit Gets To The Pallet
Incoming material and porcelain grade verification
Glaze and body inspection before firing
Dimensional check against the approved drawing, including creepage
Mechanical proof loading against the published cantilever, bending or failing load rating
Electrical routine testing, with outdoor bushings tested in accordance with IEC 60137
Final inspection and packing check before despatch
