Model HTK-CQG-01 extracts herbal or tea liquor from leaves. The vessel is a vertical three layer tank with insulation and a dimple jacket, so heat is applied evenly through the jacket and held by the insulation rather than lost through the shell during a long extraction hold. A paddle type agitator keeps the leaf bed moving so extraction is even instead of channelled. Volume runs 1000L to 5000L in SUS304 or SUS316L, and the standard fit includes product inlet and outlet, airtight manway, top elliptical cover, bottom conical cover, CIP cleaning ball, temperature sensor, high and low liquid level sensors, lifting ear and four adjustable supporting legs. Workshop output is 50Unit/Month.
