A skid that circulates cleaning solutions through tanks and pipework so the plant is cleaned without being dismantled.
Cleaning is production time you do not get paid for, so it needs to be quick, repeatable and provable. A CIP system holds the detergent and rinse solutions, heats them, pushes them round the circuit at the right velocity and returns them, all on a set sequence. That removes the guesswork from manual cleaning and gives the quality team a record. We size the skid against the number of circuits it must serve, the largest tank in the plant and the cleaning chemistry you already use.
