How do I work out how many flood lights I need?
Send us the area and the mounting height. We will work from the published illuminance figures at distance rather than from wattage.
PIR or permanently on?
PIR where the area only needs light when someone is there. Permanent where policy or insurance requires continuous lighting.
What if there is no power where the light is needed?
Use the rechargeable flood light family or the solar lamps. Both are specified as complete self-powered units.
Can you confirm the IP rating in writing?
Yes, and you should ask for it on any outdoor tender. We will state what the specification holds rather than describe the product as waterproof.
