Hole sizes are published on the WiFi range - for example 125 to 140mm on the 12W - so the fitting is matched to an existing ceiling.

What is the difference between the 1W and 3W versions?
They use the same LED count but drive each LED harder. A 5x1W unit and a 5x3W unit share a body; the 3W version delivers more output and draws more power. Both codes are listed on the product page.
What ceiling hole size do the smart downlights need?
The 12W WiFi downlight is specified for a 125 to 140mm hole. Each product page carries its own hole size where the source data states it.
Do the WiFi downlights need a hub?
They are controlled over WiFi with a stated telecontrol distance of 20 to 30 metres on a 2.4GHz radio. Confirm the current app and pairing method with us before quoting a large installation.
Is there a warranty on the smart downlights?
The WiFi downlight specification table states a two year warranty. Warranty terms for other ranges should be confirmed in writing with your order.
