A shipment that clears customs slowly costs more than a slightly cheaper unit price saves. This is the part of the transaction that buyers discover late, so we would rather put the position in writing early - including where certification is not held.
From First Enquiry To Shipped Goods
Destination and standard
Tell us the destination market and how the product will be sold. The applicable standard follows from that, not from the product category alone.
Without this: Buyers assume one certificate covers every market and discover otherwise at the port.
Certification position in writing
We state what is held. Our LED bulb line carries CE (LVD) and RoHS certificates issued by Shenzhen BST Technology against EN 62560 and IEC 62321, with certificate numbers published on our Trust page.
Without this: A supplier who says everything is certified and produces nothing in writing is the single biggest risk in an import.
Where certification is not held
For models outside the certified range we say so plainly and, where you need it, discuss what testing would be required.
Without this: Silence about scope is how non-compliant goods end up on a shelf.
Shipping documentation
Invoice, packing list and certificate scans prepared against the order so your broker is not waiting on us.
Without this: Documents that arrive after the container is the commonest cause of demurrage.
Defects and returns
Faults handled through a written RMA procedure rather than negotiated case by case.
Without this: An undefined returns process turns a small quality issue into a commercial dispute.

Which of your products are CE and RoHS certified?
The LED bulb line, under certificates issued by Shenzhen BST Technology. The certificate numbers and the model scope are published on our Trust page. For anything outside that scope, ask us and we will tell you what is held.
Can you supply the certificate scans?
Yes, on request, and they can go out with the shipping documents.
Do you handle the export documentation?
We prepare the invoice, packing list and certificate scans against the order. Your freight forwarder handles the shipping side.
What happens if goods arrive defective?
Report it with the part number and order reference and it is handled through our written RMA procedure.
