How do we choose between fixed and tunable white panels?
Fixed where the room does one job all day. Tunable where the same room is used for focused work and for meetings, or where occupants have historically complained.
Can we convert fluorescent fittings without replacing them?
In most cases yes, with T5 or T8 retrofit tubes. Tell us the ballast arrangement and we will confirm the correct version before you order.
What panel depth do we need for a shallow ceiling void?
The flat panel series is 12 to 13mm. Check that against the void you actually have, not against the drawing.
Can we phase the refurbishment over two years?
Yes. Quote the original part numbers on the second phase and we will tell you if anything in the specification has changed.
