Most supplier trust pages list everything a factory would like to be true. This one lists what we can put a document behind, and says plainly where the documents stop.

The Certificate Itself
The document below is the certificate as issued. It names the applicant, the manufacturer, the product, the main test model and the additional model prefixes that fall inside its scope.
We publish it rather than summarising it because the scope line is the part that matters, and it is the part most suppliers leave out.

What We Do Not Claim
A supplier who claims everything is certified is telling you they have not read their own certificate. Here is where ours stops.
Certification is scoped to the bulb line
Panels, downlights, flood lights, tubes, strip and controllers are not covered by the two certificates above. Ask us about a specific model and we will tell you what is held.
UL is not evidenced
Older company literature mentioned UL certification. We have no UL certificate to show, so we do not claim it on this site.
No capacity or headcount figures
We hold no verified figure for monthly capacity, factory area, production lines or staff numbers, so none appears anywhere on this site.
No testimonials or case studies
We have no customer references we can evidence. The project pages on this site are worked specifications from our own catalogue and say so on the page.
Evidence That Does Exist
Two Certificates
CE (LVD) against EN 62560 and RoHS against IEC 62321, both with certificate numbers, a named issuer and a stated model scope.
A Published Catalogue
135 models with the specification data each one publishes - not a selection, the whole range.
A Written RMA Procedure
Defective goods follow a defined returns process rather than a negotiation after the fact.
A Company Registration
Hong Kong registration 52075396-000-04-13-A, dated April 2010, naming the entity you would be contracting with.
A Registered Trademark
Chiclits Technology is registered in China, Europe and America.
An Open Invitation
Arrange a video call or a visit to the Shenzhen plant. That is worth more than any photograph we could put on this page.
Trust And Compliance Questions
Which products do these certificates cover?
The LED bulb line. The certificates name LED BULB with main test model CRBU-E27-CW-9W-001 plus a list of additional model prefixes. A model outside that list is outside these certificates, however similar it looks.
Can I see the certificate scans?
Yes. The scan is on this page and in the certificates PDF in our Download Centre, and we can send the originals with your shipping documents.
Do you hold UL certification?
Our older company literature mentioned UL. We have not been able to evidence a UL certificate, so we do not claim one here. If UL matters for your market, ask us before you order and we will give you a straight answer.
Why is there no customer testimonial section?
Because we have no customer testimonials we can evidence, and inventing them would tell you nothing true about us. Ask us for a reference relevant to your market and we will see what a customer is willing to give.
Why are there no factory photographs?
The photographs we hold are product, packaging and certificate images. Rather than fill this page with stock photography of somebody else's factory, we have left it out. You are welcome to arrange a visit or a video call to the Shenzhen plant.
