Artwork and barcode
You supply print-ready artwork and the barcode. We produce a printed proof for approval before any volume is printed.
Without this: Artwork approved on screen rather than on a printed proof produces colour surprises at volume.
Instruction sheets and language
Instruction sheets translated for your destination market and included in the pack.
Without this: A product that a customer cannot set up comes back to the shelf as a return.
Carton and transit
Carton quantity and inner packing set against how your warehouse actually handles the goods, with a transit drop test before the format is signed off.
Without this: Damage in transit is a packaging failure that gets blamed on the product.
Repeatability
The approved format is recorded against the part number so the second order matches the first.
Without this: Own-brand programmes fail when batch two does not look like batch one.

Print-ready files with bleed, plus your barcode. Send them with the enquiry and we will tell you if anything is missing before we quote.
Do you produce a printed proof?
Yes, and you should insist on approving one before volume printing on any own-brand programme.
Can you include a translated instruction sheet?
Yes. Tell us the destination markets and supply or approve the translation.
Will the second order match the first?
The approved format is recorded against the part number. Quote that part number on the repeat order.
