Every Stage and the Problem It Solves
Each stage below names the failure it is there to prevent.
Requirement
A price asked for without the application produces a quotation for the wrong fixture.
The buyer states the requirement or the application first, so the quotation is built against a defined duty.
Quotation
Comparing suppliers is impossible when each quotes a different specification.
FENGDIAN quotes against the stated requirement, or proposes a fixture set with published model numbers, ratings and materials.
Sample
Datasheets do not show build quality, finish or physical fit.
Sample orders are welcomed for quality checking, mixed samples are acceptable, MOQ can be 1 piece, and samples take 3-5 days.
Confirmation and Deposit
Production started on an unconfirmed specification produces a batch nobody accepts.
The buyer confirms the sample and places a deposit, which fixes the specification for the production run.
Production
An open-ended lead time makes site programmes unplannable.
Mass production is scheduled after confirmation and takes 1-2 weeks.
Testing
Faults found after delivery are the most expensive kind.
Fixtures are tested after production and checked before delivery, with a stated defective rate below 0.2%.
Shipping
Buyers need a landed date, and different orders justify different freight modes.
Express by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT takes about 3-5 days; air and sea freight are available for larger volumes.
After Sales
Warranty terms that are vague at the order stage become disputes later.
Warranty is 2 to 5 years depending on the product, with the replacement route stated up front.

Can I order a single piece to test quality?
Yes. MOQ can be as low as 1 piece for sample checking, and mixed samples are acceptable.
How long do samples take?
Samples normally need 3-5 days.
What are the payment steps?
The buyer confirms the sample and places a deposit for the formal order, after which production is scheduled.
How are goods shipped?
Usually by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT with about 3-5 days in transit. Air and sea freight are also available.
What happens if a fixture fails in the field?
Within the warranty period, small quantities are replaced with the next order. A defective batch is repaired and resent, or another solution including recall is agreed with the buyer.
