Enquiry and Site Information
A quotation built on a fixture list alone ignores mounting positions, throw distances and the control intent, so the wrong optic gets priced.
The buyer sends the requirement or the application, and for design support a CAD draft and clear photographs of the site. Quotation follows those requirements or a suggested fixture set.
Fixture Selection
Facade schemes mix grazing, washing and point effects, and buying each from a different source leaves visible mismatches on the elevation.
Linear lights, wall washers, point lights, in-ground and flood fixtures are selected from one catalogue, with published IP ratings, dimensions and materials for each model.
Sample Approval
Committing a project quantity against a datasheet leaves no way to check build quality or the physical fit before the money is spent.
Sample orders are accepted with MOQ as low as 1 piece, mixed samples are acceptable, and samples typically ship in 3-5 days.
OEM Marking
Contractors and brand owners often need the fixture to carry their own label rather than the factory's.
Customer logo printing is available and is confirmed against an approved sample before production starts.
Production
Project programmes slip when the fixture lead time is unknown at the time of ordering.
Mass production runs 1-2 weeks after the sample is confirmed and the deposit is placed, with production scheduled against the confirmed order.
Quality Control
Sealing and electrical faults found on site cost far more than the fixture itself, especially for recessed and submerged positions.
Fixtures are tested after production and checked before delivery. The stated defective rate is below 0.2%.
Shipping
Site programmes need a delivery date, not just an ex-works date.
Goods normally ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT with about 3-5 days in transit; air freight and sea freight are also available for project volumes.
After Sales
A failure inside the warranty period can strand a contractor who has already handed the building over.
Within the warranty period, replacements for small quantities are sent with the next order. For a defective batch the goods are repaired and resent, or another solution including recall is agreed with the buyer.

Can one order mix several fixture types?
Yes. Mixed samples are acceptable, and project orders normally combine linear lights, wall washers, point lights and in-ground fixtures from the same catalogue.
How long does a project order take in total?
Samples take 3-5 days, mass production takes 1-2 weeks after the sample is confirmed and the deposit placed, and express shipping typically adds 3-5 days.
Can fixtures be supplied without drivers?
Yes. Several models are published with the driver or without it, for projects running centralised drivers in a panel.
What certification do the fixtures carry?
Products carry a CE certificate and report, and production is stated to be in line with CE, RoHS and FCC standards.
