Range Definition
A buyer's catalogue needs fixtures that sit together as a family, not a set of unrelated imports.
Models are selected across facade, landscape, in-ground, underwater, solar and interior categories from one factory range, so materials and finishes stay consistent.
Sample and Approval
An OEM programme cannot start from a photograph; the buyer needs the physical fixture in hand.
Samples are supplied with MOQ as low as 1 piece, mixed samples are accepted, and samples typically ship in 3-5 days.
Logo and Marking
Branding applied without approval produces a first shipment the buyer cannot sell.
Customer logo printing is confirmed formally against an approved sample before production begins.
Production
OEM buyers carry the warranty risk in their own market, so build consistency matters more than headline price.
Production runs 1-2 weeks, is carried out in the company's own factories, and is stated to be in line with CE, RoHS and FCC standards.
Inspection and Despatch
Returns handled in the destination market are far more expensive than a check before despatch.
Fixtures are tested after production and checked before delivery, with a stated defective rate below 0.2%.
Warranty Support
A reseller has to answer for failures long after the container has landed.
Warranty runs 2 to 5 years depending on product. Small-quantity replacements ship with the next order; a defective batch is repaired and resent or resolved by agreement.

Can you print our logo on the fixtures?
Yes. The design is confirmed against an approved sample before production, and the buyer needs to inform the factory formally before the run starts.
What is the minimum order for an OEM run?
MOQ can be as low as 1 piece for sample checking. Project and OEM quantities are quoted against the requirement.
Do you supply the CE documents for our market?
Products carry a CE certificate and report. Ask for the document set covering the specific models in your order.
Can you build a fixture to our own design?
ODM production is offered alongside OEM. Send the drawing or specification with the requirement to get an answer on feasibility.
How is a defective batch handled?
Within the warranty period, small quantities are replaced with the next order. For a defective batch the goods are repaired and resent, or another solution including recall is agreed.
