This case describes FENGDIAN's own production practice for in-ground corner fixtures rather than a named customer project. No client, country or quantity has been published for it.

A recessed in-ground fixture is the most expensive thing on site to replace. Once the paving is laid, a sealing or electrical fault means lifting hardscape, so faults have to be caught in the factory.

Underground corner lights are tested after production and checked carefully before delivery, with quality control treated as the last gate before the goods leave the factory.

Fixtures are produced in the company's own factories and held for the pre-delivery check before despatch by express, air or sea freight.

QC

Quality Control

Every fixture is checked before delivery. FENGDIAN states a defective rate below 0.2%, and within the warranty period replacements for small quantities ship with the next order.
