What Drives the Cost of a Wall Panel Order

Material sets the floor

PS polystyrene panels are the lightest and lowest cost of the fluted ranges. Interior WPC costs more because there is more material in the section and a veneer surface on the face. Outdoor WPC costs more again because the section is deeper and the surface is co-extruded. Bamboo charcoal and UV marble sheet sit apart, priced by what their cores and surfaces do.

Section and depth move the price more than finish does

A 210mm panel at 12mm and a 195mm panel at 23mm are different quantities of material per square metre. Comparing two quotes without comparing the sections is the most common way buyers end up comparing nothing.

Length decides how much you throw away

A 2900mm stock panel cut down to a 2600mm ceiling wastes 10% of every panel. Length is customizable, so cutting to the module before shipping converts that waste into delivered square metres.

Surface and finish

A laminated veneer costs more than a printed film. A UV cured surface costs more than a laminated foil. Ask which one you are being quoted, because two panels that look identical in a photograph can be built very differently.

Loading and freight per square metre

Hollow chambered profiles ship lighter than solid ones, and mixing wall, floor and slat lines into one container spreads freight across more product. Ask for the loading plan alongside the unit price; the delivered cost is what you actually pay.

What to send for a usable quotation

Square metres or linear metres, the module and depth you want, the finish, the ceiling height, the destination port and whether you need trims. With those six lines a quotation comes back with a loading plan instead of a price range.
