Any width, and a thickness from 0.65 mm up to 2.5 mm unless you need something outside that. Shade is agreed on a woven sample before the bulk lot runs, and that lot covers the entire order. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days; the production window is 7 to 15 days from approval.

How It Compares
Cotton gives the natural hand and takes later dyeing, which polyester will not. Polyester holds length and colour far better and does not mildew, so it wins outdoors.
Polypropylene is lighter, cheaper and will not rot, but nothing about it feels natural. For anything touching skin or paired with natural fabric, cotton is the honest choice.
Linen carries more strength and durability but is less pliable. Cotton is more flexible and easier to work with, which matters where the tape has to be glued or turned.

- Store rolls dry; cotton is the one fibre here that will mildew

What is the difference between ring spun and rotor spun cotton tape
Fibres in ring spun yarn lie closely and evenly, packed loose inside and tight outside. Rotor spun yarn is arranged more loosely. Ring spinning gives less hairiness and a better surface, which is visible on a finished strap.
Can I dye the cotton webbing myself
Yes. We can supply natural or bleached greige tape for you to dye or print, which is common with craft and stationery customers. Tell us before weaving, as the finishing differs.
Can our logo be added to this tape
Either woven in with a computer jacquard plate, which survives washing and abrasion, or screen printed after weaving, which costs less to set up on short runs.
