One Factory for the Frame the Surface and the Carton
Almost every product in this catalogue is a powder-coated steel structure carrying an MDF, melamine, tempered glass, bamboo or upholstered surface. Wanhao fabricates the metal, fits the surface and packs the carton on one site, which is what keeps the third production run identical to the first.

Surfaces fitted to the frame
MDF, melamine, tempered glass, bamboo and upholstered parts are checked against the actual frame before packing, not against a drawing.
Flat-pack engineering
Part count, hardware organisation and the instruction sheet are designed, because that is where return rates come from.
Export packing
Carton drawing, internal protection, marking and the container loading plan are agreed in writing before production.

The Four Places a Furniture Programme Usually Breaks
Specification drift between runs
The sample is approved, the first run matches, and the third run quietly changes a gauge. The approved pre-production sample is kept as the reference for every later run of a model.
Freight cost hidden in the carton
Carton volume decides landed cost on low-density cargo. Carton size, board grade and the container loading plan are agreed before the order closes, not after production.
Damage discovered at the DC
Coated parts rubbing in a carton for six weeks is a packing decision, not bad luck. Which faces touch and how they are separated is specified on the packing drawing.
Returns caused by assembly
An unclear instruction sheet generates more returns than a genuine defect. Hardware is sorted to the assembly steps and the sample is built from the carton before the specification is frozen.
