The AQL is agreed with the buyer per order. Tell us the level your account works to.
Can we send a third-party inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection is normal on retail orders — book it against the loading date.
Do you keep the approved sample?
The approved sample is retained as the production reference.
What certifications does the factory hold?
Certificate status is confirmed per order in writing. It is not published in the catalogue because it changes with scheme and scope.
