What tube diameter and wall thickness do you use?

Tube specification is fixed per model and confirmed on the spec sheet. It is not published because it changes between the retail and contract versions of the same bed.

Do bunk beds meet EN 747?

Standards compliance is confirmed per model and per market at quotation. Tell us which standard your tender requires before you specify the bed.

Can we order beds in a project colour?

Yes. Project colours are standard practice on contract orders where the quantity supports a coating batch.

Are mattresses supplied with the frames?

No. Wanhao supplies frames only.

How are bed frames packed for a container?

Frames ship knocked down. The loading plan is confirmed in writing once the carton drawing is agreed.
