Where an Order Gets Checked
Inspection points sit where furniture actually fails: the joint, the coating, the hardware pack and the carton.
- Incoming steel, panel, glass and fabric checked against the model specification
- First piece off the line checked against the approved pre-production sample
- Frames checked flat and square before surface preparation
- Coating colour and coverage checked against the approved sample
- Hardware pack counted against the instruction sheet
- A unit assembled from the carton to confirm fit and instructions
- Carton, print and handling marks verified before sealing
- Pre-shipment inspection to the AQL agreed with the buyer

Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers visit the Zhangzhou plant regularly. Tell us your travel dates and the ranges you want to see running.
Are these photographs current?
They are the factory's own photographs of its press shop, assembly line, coating line and cushion section. Updated photography and a line video can be requested by email.
Can a third party audit the factory?
Third-party audits and inspections are normal on retail orders. Tell us the scheme your account uses.
Is everything made in house?
Steel fabrication, coating and assembly are on site. Component sourcing for hardware, fabric, glass and panel decors is confirmed per model.
What is not shown here?
Floor area, line count and output figures. The company has never published them, so they are confirmed in writing rather than estimated on a web page.
