Can you work from a photo instead of a drawing?
Yes, but the first sample will need more feedback rounds than a drawing-based development.
How many sample rounds are normal?
It depends on how far the product is from an existing frame. A variant of an existing model is usually faster than a new frame.
Do you charge for samples?
Sample cost is quoted per product and confirmed before the sample is made.
Who signs off the specification?
The buyer. Approval of the pre-production sample is what freezes the specification.
