Frontlit LED Channel Letters are made to order from your own logo file — no stock fonts, no stock sizes. Material: aluminum return and back, no rim, inner LED lights, acrylic face. Fabrication: high quality aluminum welding for return and back, the front acrylic is fixed by screws at the return. Finish: painted aluminum return and back, LED lights pass through from acrylic face when light is on. Light leaves through the acrylic face, so the letter reads as a solid block of color after dark.
Size and font: typically 60mm – 100mm deep, this style is suitable for very thin and slim fonts. On site they fix by back screw bolts. Every order ships with 1:1 scale mounting template and screw bolts, 12V DC CE and RoHS approved transformer. The build is specified for both indoor and outdoor positions.
