Fascia lettering has to survive weather, read from across a street, and match a brand book that was written for print. These are the builds that do it.
A retail fascia is nearly always a frontlit or halo-lit build. Frontlit channel letters — metal return and back with an acrylic face — give a solid block of brand color after dark and are typically 60mm to 100mm deep. Halo letters keep a solid metal face and throw light onto the fascia behind, which reads as more restrained and is often what a landlord's signage guideline asks for.
Retail brand books specify color in PMS or RAL references. Painted faces and returns are sprayed in two-pack polyurethane to the code you supply rather than matched by eye. Where the brand mark is a metal finish, letters can be supplied brushed, polished, satin or electroplated to a gold or bronze tone.
Because there is no minimum order, a rollout and its later single-letter replacements are handled the same way. Keep the original vector file and the finished letter height on record and a replacement letter can be cut to match the set already on the wall.

Usually, if you can supply the original vector artwork, the finished height of one letter and a photograph of the return. Where the artwork is lost, a flat-on photograph with a rule in shot is the next best thing — we will tell you honestly whether it is enough to redraw from.
A 316 stainless build, or solid aluminum, which the source specification calls out as suited to outside use and marine surroundings in particular.
They are supplied with a 12V DC CE and RoHS approved transformer and a 1:1 mounting template. Final connection to the building supply is the installer's work.
