Frontlit LED Channel Letters 03 are produced one job at a time, matched to the drawing and finish you specify. Material: stainless steel return and rim, inner LED lights, acrylic front. Fabrication: high quality soldering for return and rim. Finish: 304 brushed stainless steel return and rim, LED lights pass through from acrylic face when light is on. Light leaves through the acrylic face, so the letter reads as a solid block of color after dark.
Size and font: typically 60mm – 100mm deep. On site they fix by pVC back or metal back which is fixed by screw bolts. Every order ships with 1:1 scale mounting template and screw bolts, 12V DC CE and RoHS approved transformer. The build is specified for both indoor and outdoor positions.
