A letter is only as good as the day it goes up. Everything in the catalogue ships with the parts the installer actually needs.
Studs bonded to the back of the letter, drilled into the wall and either pulled flush or stood off on spacers for a shadow gap. This is the default for metal letters and for anything outdoors.
Listed as a fixing option on lighter builds. Suited to a smooth, clean, sound interior surface where drilling is not wanted — not to a textured render or a heavy letter.
A full-size mounting template is supplied with every order, together with the bolts or pins. The installer tapes the template to the wall, drills through it and removes it — the spacing is the drawing's, not the tape measure's.
Illuminated letters arrive wired with a 12V DC CE and RoHS approved transformer. Locating the transformer and the final connection to the building supply are the installer's work and should be allowed for in the site programme.

Where the specification lists double-sided adhesive, yes — on a smooth, clean, sound interior surface and within sensible weight limits. Exterior walls, textured render and heavy metal letters need pins.

No — we manufacture and ship door to door by DHL or UPS express. Installation is done by your own contractor, which is why the template and the correct fixings go with every order.
