Airflow on the weighing hopper
Air moving with the material pushes on the hopper and the load cells report it as weight. Internal air pressure differential design removes that error.

Dust in the weighing structure
Dust accumulation is the slow killer of calibration. Dust-resistant housings, external bearings and capture at the charging point keep it out.

Bulk density that moves
Volumetric metering assumes a density that changes with humidity, compaction and supplier. Weighing the material closes that loop.

Segregation and dust at the bag
Dropping material through air separates the blend and fills the room. Bottom filling into a valve bag puts it in below the settled bed instead.
